The All Progressives Congress National Leader and Presidential flagbearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu met with the former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta on Wednesday.
The visit may not be unconnected with the 2023 election and the need to have the support of the former president who has since moved away from party politics into national discourse.
Tinubu was accompanied by APC stalwarts led by the incumbent governor of the state, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Speaker, House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, former governors of the state, Chief Segun Osoba, Chief Gbenga Daniel and Chief Bisi Akande
